1. Overview

At Tango Whiskey Games, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you are eligible to return items and receive a refund, and the conditions that apply to all returns.

2. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (for example by email) within this 14-day period.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items will only be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in “as new” condition

  • The item is sealed, where applicable (for example, shrink-wrapped or factory sealed products)

  • All original packaging, seals, and components are intact

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are opened, unsealed, used, damaged, or returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

4. Restocking Fee

For all approved returns, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and reprocessing of returned stock.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:

  • Items that have been opened or unsealed

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect:

  • A full refund or replacement will be offered

  • No restocking fee will apply

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service

  • Tango Whiskey Games cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

8. Returns That Do Not Qualify for a Refund

If an item is returned to us and, upon inspection, does not meet the eligibility criteria for a refund (including but not limited to being opened, unsealed, used, damaged, or incomplete), the item will not qualify for a refund.

In such cases:

  • The item will be held and the customer will be notified and invoiced for the cost of return shipping

  • The item will be returned to the customer once return shipping has been paid in full

  • If return shipping has not been paid within 30 days of the invoice date, Tango Whiskey Games reserves the right to dispose of the item

No refund, partial or otherwise, will be issued for items that do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.

9. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • The 10% restocking fee will be deducted where applicable
