We love to hobby just as much as we love our customers! We want them to be able to enjoy their hobby and also make some savings along the way.

That is why we are setting up the Tango Whiskey Games Membership for customers who want to regularly use our FLGS for gaming, hobbying and just generally hanging out with our hobby enthusiasts.

This all sounds great but what are the perks of signing up for a Membership with Tango Whiskey Games? Let us tell you:

  • You will receive 20% discount across all products in our store (Excluding Trading Card Booster Packs and Games Workshop/Warhammer "Online Only" product).
  • There will be no charge for booking a table to play.
  • You will also be able to save 5% on Trading Card Booster Packs.

Why do these perks sound so good? Here's what you would you be paying if not a member:

  • Table space will cost you £3.50 (per person) or £12 for a group of 4 (additional charges for more players) for a 3 hour timeslot.
  • All products will be 15% off their RRPs (excluding Trading Card Booster Packs)

For just £15 a month, you can take full advantage of these great perks and join our friendly community. What's more, you can save an extra 10% on the membership by paying for the year!

Does it come with a warranty?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, there aren't any specific warranties covering the products however, if you find there is something wrong or missing from the kits you order, please get in contact and we will be on hand to assist.

What happens if I don't like it?

You are welcome to return any products within 30-days from point of purchase, provided the product is still new and sealed. There will be 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

How fast is shipping?

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days to get your order despatched.

What's the returns policy?

Products can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Product must be returned sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Any product that is returned in a unsellable condition will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. Buyer will have 30-days to pay for the return back to them, otherwise the products will be disposed of.

Accepted returns will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund.
