1. Shipping Locations

Tango Whiskey Games currently ships only to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.

We do not ship to:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Scottish Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands

  • Isles of Scilly

  • BFPO addresses

  • International destinations

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of Mainland UK or Northern Ireland may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

We use reputable third-party couriers to deliver our orders. Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

If an order is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the courier directly in the first instance.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs

  • A refund may be issued minus shipping costs, where applicable
